Psoriasis is a condition that lets the skin grows too fast than normal. People with psoriasis usually have their skin grow quicker within only 4 days, whereas normal skin gets rid of dead cells in 28 days. This usually happens to the shoulders, scalp and knees, and this condition is still unknown even today.

Treating Psoriasis

·       Spend at least 10 to 15 min on the sun, remember to apply sunscreen (SPF) to avoid burning your skin.
·       Take long warm baths, water mixed with vegetable oil to reduce the itchiness, do this for 10  to 15 min as well.
·        Sometimes take some cold baths, water mixed with vinegar.
·        Avoid scratching the affected areas.
·        Invest in electronic shavers rather than Razors.

Always remember to apply Thick creams to the affected areas to avoid cracking.


·         Bag balm can help reduce skin cracking.
·         Creams with chamomile.
·         Tea tree oils to the affected areas.
·         Petroleum Jelly.
·         If you have aloe plant at home also try applying it due its oiliness.

Omega 3 Fatty acids

  •  Mix flaxseed oil with your meal, cereal or to your desert. This will help block the chemical in your body.   
  • Consider oily fish such as sardines and mackerel.

To the scalp

  •  Use products with Sylic acid or tar not over 2%.


  •  Keep your hair as short as possible this will make it easier for you treat the condition on your   scalp.


Finally exercise a lot and try some meditation to help you relax your Mind.
